Cognia weighs foods from your hepatitis angle, with the reason and the source when there is one, and keeps your symptoms and treatments so you reach the appointment with data.
The traffic light weighs a food from your condition, not “in general”. Each rating comes with its reason and, when there is one, its source. It informs, it does not forbid: you decide.
The catalogue tells apart the preparations of the same food (raw, boiled, fried, baked…), because they do not mean the same for your condition.
Save your medicines and supplements with their schedule (every few hours, once a day, certain weekdays or as needed) and Cognia notifies you on your phone. A log of doses is kept.
If a meal, supplement or medicine shows up before a symptom, Cognia saves the match. If it repeats, it moves up a level and shows how many times. It is a pattern to discuss with your doctor, not a proven cause.
When you log a symptom you can turn on follow-up: Cognia asks again every few hours you choose and, when it passes, stores how long it lasted.
Hepatitis has no alarm questions of its own in Cognia. There are level-based alerts, with the NHS page behind them, for symptoms such as abdominal pain, vomiting, fever or confusion, depending on your answers.
You can take a photo of a blood count and the AI reads it; you can also log creatinine, glucose or cholesterol, with an alert if a value is out of range. Cognia does not have liver markers such as transaminases or bilirubin.
You can save an emergency contact. If they use Cognia and accept, they always receive an urgent alert, and an urgent-evaluation one if they chose so. Cognia does not call emergency services: it shows your country’s number and opens the dialer.
