Treatment changes what you tolerate, and it changes week by week. Logging meals and symptoms shows what is not sitting well now, which need not be what it was a month ago.
An ordered history of what you have eaten, what you have felt and when, on your phone. It is what lets you answer with data when they ask how the month went.
