The same food does not mean the same for everyone. Cognia weighs it from your condition, with the reason and the source when there is one, and keeps your symptoms, weight and treatments.
The traffic light weighs a food from your condition, not “in general”. Each rating comes with its reason and, when there is one, its source. It informs, it does not forbid: the decision is yours and your medical team’s.
The catalogue tells apart the preparations of the same food (raw, boiled, fried, baked…), because they are not the same for your condition.
Log one weight per day and Cognia measures the change against your last weigh-in. With Premium, you see the history with charts.
Cirrhosis has no alarm questions of its own in Cognia. There are level-based alerts, with the NHS page behind them, for symptoms such as leg swelling, confusion, vomiting, abdominal pain or blood in the stool, depending on your answers.
Save an emergency contact. If they use Cognia and accept, they always receive an urgent alert, and an urgent-evaluation one if they chose so. When there is an emergency, a call button appears: it opens the dialer with your country’s number.
Save each medicine or supplement with its schedule (every few hours, several fixed times, certain weekdays or as needed) and the app notifies you on your phone. A log of doses is kept.
If a meal, supplement or medicine shows up before a symptom, Cognia saves the match and, if it repeats, moves it up a level. It is a pattern to discuss with your doctor, not a proven cause.
Photograph a blood count and the AI reads it (it includes platelets and haemoglobin). Cognia does not have liver markers such as transaminases, bilirubin or INR.
